Refund Policy

1. How protection works
Every order on https://market.place is paid into escrow: the seller is not credited until the order is delivered and either you confirm it or the confirmation window passes without a problem being reported. If something is wrong, report it from the order page beforeconfirming — that freezes the seller's payout while we investigate.
2. Replacement guarantee
- If a delivered account or code does not work as described — the login is invalid, the account lacks advertised items, or a code is already redeemed — open a dispute from the order page.
- Our first remedy is a replacementfrom the seller's stock; when no valid replacement exists, we refund the affected item to your original payment method.
- Disputes are reviewed by our team; both outcomes (replacement or refund) are recorded on the order.
3. Timelines
- Report window: you can open a dispute from the moment an order is processing until you confirm receipt. Orders auto-confirm after the confirmation window shown on the order page if nothing is reported.
- Replacement guarantee: valid for 30 days after delivery for defects present at delivery (e.g. the account was already recovered by a previous owner).
- Refund settlement: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
4. What is not covered
- Problems caused after delivery by the buyer — sharing the credentials, not securing the account (password and recovery email change), or breaking the game publisher's rules with it.
- Buyer's remorse on a working, as-described item. Digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”.
- Orders confirmed by you and past the guarantee window.
5. Chargebacks
Opening a card chargeback instead of a dispute removes our ability to replace the item and may lead to account suspension while the chargeback resolves. Always start with a dispute on the order page — it is faster and keeps the guarantee intact.
6. Contact
Questions about a specific order: open a dispute on its order page. Anything else: [email protected].
