Terms of Service

The marketplace at https://market.place(the “Service”) is operated by MarketPlaceCompany(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We are an independent marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers of any game whose accounts or items are listed here, including Mojang or Microsoft.

We provide a platform where verified sellers list game accounts, bundles and digital codes, and buyers purchase them. We are the commercial counterparty for payment processing and escrow, but the goods themselves originate from sellers.

Payments are held in escrow: a seller is credited only after the order is delivered and either you confirm it, or the confirmation window passes without a dispute (see the refund policy).

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• You must register with a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. Actions taken through your session are yours.
• One account per person. Accounts created to evade a suspension may be closed without notice.

• Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Delivered credentials are shown once payment clears. You are responsible for securing a delivered account (changing its password and recovery details) promptly after delivery.
• Every order carries the protections described in the refund policy, including the replacement guarantee.

• Sellers must pass verification before listing. You may only list goods you own and are entitled to transfer.
• Uploaded stock is checked automatically; misdescribed or invalid stock is rejected and repeated abuse leads to suspension.
• Seller earnings accrue to a ledger and unlock when escrow releases. Payouts are settled per the schedule shown in the seller console.
• We may withhold earnings connected to fraud, chargebacks or terms violations while we investigate.

• Listing stolen, hacked or fraudulently obtained accounts.
• Off-platform settlement of an order initiated on the Service.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings or listing metrics.
• Using the Service to launder funds or evade sanctions.
• Scraping, probing or disrupting the Service's infrastructure.

We may remove listings, cancel orders, freeze balances and suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

Transferring a game account may breach the game publisher's own terms of service, and publishers may suspend transferred accounts. You use purchased accounts at your own risk in that respect; our responsibility is limited to the protections in the refund policy.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the Service and apply from the date shown above. You may close your account at any time from the settings page; orders already in flight remain governed by these terms until completed.
